The Challenge: Formulating a strategic and planning vision for an entire Regional Council. The primary goal was to balance necessary growth and development with the preservation of open spaces, nature, and agriculture, ensuring the council remains resilient and self-sufficient for decades to come.
The Architectural Vision:
Our office spearheaded a large-scale, multi-disciplinary planning process, integrating architectural, communal, and infrastructural aspects. The plan addresses the future of the rural space through a holistic lens: developing economic and tourism growth engines, regulating critical infrastructure (water, drainage, sewage), and strengthening the social fabric of the council's communities.
