The Challenge: Designing an advanced industrial complex for a Moshav-based corporation, specialized in the sorting, packaging, and distribution of sensitive food products. The project required meeting international hygiene and sanitation standards (Food Safety) and coordinating complex climate-control systems across an expansive production floor.
The Architectural Solution:
The facility serves as a strategic economic and operational anchor within the rural landscape. The design utilizes a bold color palette to establish a distinct identity. Based on an "open factory" concept, the layout leverages its prime intersection location to create an accessible interface, seamlessly bridging sterile industrial functions with a localized service point for the community.
