The Challenge: Orchestrating the complete development of a new 60-unit residential neighborhood within a Kibbutz. The goal was to maintain a cohesive architectural language for the entire community while providing a bespoke design experience for each individual family.
The Architectural Solution:
Our office provided a comprehensive, end-to-end design solution. We managed every phase, including the master planning, site development, and the architecture of the homes themselves. We developed several spacious single-family models as a starting point; once a model was selected, we "tailor-made" the interior layout for each of the 60 families, ensuring the design perfectly aligned with their specific needs and lifestyle.
