Rural Modernism – Residential Neighborhood Design

Luxury, Density, and Contemporary Aesthetics

The Challenge: Designing two new residential neighborhoods in a high-profile Moshav in central Israel. The project required a departure from traditional rural motifs toward a clean, modern architectural style, all while implementing a high density of 6 units per dunam—a significant shift for an established agricultural community.

The Architectural Solution:
The design introduces a sophisticated, minimalist aesthetic that caters to a high socio-economic demographic. Despite the density, the planning focuses on creating high-end, private living spaces through smart spatial organization and a contemporary material palette that redefines "rural living."
